Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following recognized degree qualifications:
Special Degree
A recognized special degree with a class pass containing at least one of the approved subjects as a major subject.
General Degree
A recognized general degree with a First Class or Second Class Upper Division containing at least one approved subject as a major subject.

Age Limit
21–35 Years
Applicants must have been born on or before 10 August 2005 and on or after 10 August 1991.

- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.

- Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the post.
- Must be physically fit to serve in any part of Sri Lanka.
- All required qualifications must be completed by the closing date.

The examination fee is non-refundable and must be paid using one of the payment methods available through the online application system.
Available Examination Languages
The examination will be conducted in Sinhala, Tamil and English. Applicants must answer both examination papers in the same selected language medium.
